Shanghai International DeburringTec Deburring & Surface Finishing Exhibition and Shanghai International ICLEAN Industrial Cleaning Exhibition were successfully held in Shanghai International Sourcing Convention and Exhibition Center from 22^nd to 24^th, March, 2023.

01 DeburringTec Exhibition Review

There were lots of people visiting the exhibition. Tai Hing`s booth was No.C16 and many industrial brush manufacturers came to our booth and they were very interested in our abrasive brush filament. Our sales colleagues were pleased to introduce our popular abrasives filament, such as silicon carbide abrasive brush bristle, aluminum oxide abrasive brush filament and diamond abrasive filament.

02 GrindFil Abrasive Filament Was officially Launched

Tai Hing`s GrindFil abrasive filament has excellent product features of toughness strength, better wear resistance, super resilience and durability, which were widely applied in metal polishing, edge deburring, wood finishing, and glass grinding industries etc. Tai Hing`s GrindFil abrasive filament has obtained high reputation from brush manufacturers home and abroad till now.

03 GrindFil Abrasive Filament Introduction

Combined with abrasive material of silicon carbide, aluminum oxide, and diamond, GrindFil abrasive brush bristle is made of high quality PA612, PA610, PA66, PA6 nylon material. The special abrasive surface structure of GrindFil fiber makes filament has better toughness strength, chemical property and super wear resistance performance. GrindFil abrasive brush fiber has strong anti-corrosion ability and the filament is not easy to deform and age in the using process. Outstanding wear resistance feature of abrasive filament prolongs the service life of GrindFil fiber.

GrindFil abrasive brush bristle has better bending recovery strength and it is suitable for different working environment, such as high or low temperature environment and dusty environment.
