BioFil (bio-degradable filament)-New Environmental Material
BioFil can be degraded within 145 days in the specific condition, and its degradation rate achieves above 90%. It has better impact resistance, not easy to be broken.
BioFil is widely applied in makeup brush, degradable hairbrush and false eyelashes etc.
RegeFil(post-consumed recyclable filament)-Occean Guard
The raw material of RegeFil recycles the abandoned plastic(PBT/PET/PP/NYLON 6 material) within 50 kilometers from the coast.
RegeFil has advantages of low carbon dioxide emission, eco-friendly to the nature. Importantly, RegeFil is competitive with new nylon filament materials in terms of working performance, toughness, and durability after the special treatment process.
It is suitable for making makeup brush, hairbrush and toothbrush.
GrindFil-High-end Filament Material for Polishing
GrindFil has excellent performance of rigidity, wear resistance, chemical resistance and bending recovery strength. It has great polishing effect during the steel processing process.
GrindFil is applied in twist brush, strip brush, belt brush, disc brush, roller brush and cup brush etc.
Doclean™-Cleaning Expert
Doclean™ has advantages of chemical resistance, toughness, bending recovery strength and wear resistance. It is applied in snow sweeping brush, road sweeping brush, roller brush of electric vehicle and cow boby brush etc.

Compared to the traditional processing, Tai Hing Nylon's innovative ball tip patent technology makes our ball tip filament more durable.
