The Trial Implementation of ‘Hong Kong Plastic Restriction Order’ Caused Hong Kong People to Collapse

According to the statistics, there are 2369 metric tons wasted plastic generated every day, of which 227 metric tons are wasted plastic tableware, which amount is a staggering amount. This part wasted plastic will be buried in the landfills, causing damage to the ecology.

In order to reduce the impact of environmental pollution, Hong Kong has implemented the strict ‘Plastic Restriction Order’ since April 22^nd.

The terms of the restriction order are that all hotels are prohibited to provide free toiletries, such as toothbrush with rubber handle, bottle water, shower gel and shampoo in plastic containers etc.

In addition, the control will also impose the strict restriction on disposable plastic items sold and used in the local supermarkets and restaurants. Once you violate the law, you will face a minimum fine of HSD 2,000 and a maximum fine of HSD 10,000.

RegeFil has strong chemical resistance and it can keep stable performance under the acid, alkali or any chemical solution environment.

Its performance is similar to new material, applied in makeup brush, hairbrush and toothbrush industries.

BioFil-Bio-degradable Filament

BioFil contains 42% renewable bio-based component which is extracted from corn, wheat, rice, beets or castor oil through the polymerization process. BioFil can be bio-degraded to water and carbon dioxide under the specific condition. The degradation rate of BioFil reaches above 90% within 145 days.

BioFil has advantages of softness and bending recovery strength and it is applied in toothbrush, makeup brush, food hygiene brush, hairbrush and false eyelashes etc.
