Release time:2024-08-17 11:59:24

Common toothbrush filament materials are PBT or nylon materials. Nowadays, the performance of these two kinds of filaments have been widely recognized by customers.

In order to promote the environmental toothbrush production, Tai Hing successfully has developed Biofil bio-degradable toothbrush filament, which is made from new environmental raw material.

Besides its bio-degradation function, what else performance does Biofil have? Can it satisfy our daily oral care requirement? Please watch the  video to test the performance of Biofil toothbrush bristle.

In order to simulate the real brushing process better, we choose  plasticine to substitute for our gum.

Next, putting Biofil and conventional toothbrush bristles on the  plasticine surface, and using these two kinds of filament to brush the plasticine surface 28 times in one minute.

We find that conventional toothbrush bristle leaves more scratches than Biofil on the plasticine surface in the test. Less scratches on the plasticine surface means Biofil has excellent bending recovery strength and softness.

It is proven that Biofil is soft and gentle for human gum. Biofil also has good palatability, suitable for people with sensitive gum problem.

Besides, Biofil has complete environmental degradation reports and certifications for your reference. For example, Chemical Limitation Test, Bio-degradation Test, Disintegration Performance Test, Ecotoxicological Test, and Bio-degradation etc.
