In order to greatly improve the working skill of new staff and ensured the high quality filament quality, Tai Hing officially held the meeting to establish the inner apprenticeship program on 31^st, August, 2024.

In the beginning of the meeting, Two managers from production department had a brief speech. They all agreed that the inner apprenticeship program was important during the process of developing the talent cultivation and team building. New staff would greatly improve themselves working skill and efficiency under the help of experienced workers.

During the meeting, experienced workers expressed that they were willing to teach their professional knowledge and working experience to new workers. They all hope that this apprenticeship program increase the production capacity and improve the product quality.

New workers positively appreciated this inner apprenticeship program and were pleased to learn useful working skill from experienced workers.
