Biobased Plastic Filament (BPF) products’ main components are castor oil plant.

Though saponification, break down, crystallization, purification and polymerization,

we have our final filament products which are categorized into 4 different categories.

Biobased Plastic Filament

The newly developed eco filament BPF-series includes 45-100% green materials.

BPF-series products’ raw materials environmental test is an assessment of the material’s bio-based content. It measures the amount of biobased carbon and compare it to the total amount of carbon in the product.

BPF filaments’ properties proves to be in par with nylon and polyester, if not better.

Tai Hing’s BPF filament’s cost is considerably lower due to its ease in manufacturing process and is guaranteed to have a competitive advantage in today’s market.
